Oliver J. Murphy

Oliver is the youngest member of the Coleman & Erickson team. In addition to aiding the other attorneys, Oliver focuses on representing general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers in litigation and transactional matters.

In his employment at law firms in Chicago and Detroit, Oliver has worked on multi-million dollar condominium purchases and sales, a large volume of residential purchases and sales, and multi-million dollar non-profit redevelopment projects. Oliver also spent time as an Assistant Project Manager for a high-end residential construction development company in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Oliver spent years working in construction and has obtained a ground up understanding of the industry.

Oliver is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law. In addition to interning at several real estate law firms during law school, Oliver participated in the Community Law Clinic as a licensed Senior Law Student. Oliver was also a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.

While not practicing law, Oliver enjoys hiking with his wife and dog, playing basketball, and watching college football.
