Covid 19 – Legal Update and How to React to the Current Environment

The Covid 19 Federal mandate legislation may (or may not) be in limbo. OSHA is generating compliance requirements. Other state agencies may have compliance requirements. Federal, state and private entities are generating site access requirements. Rarely have so many critical issues been in motion with new requirements developing almost daily.
This presentation and ensuing roundtable discussion will help A&E Executives and HR Personnel become more informed about:
- Update on the Federal contractor vaccination mandate
- Update on OSHA vaccination/testing for firms of 100+
- State of Minnesota update
- Addressing requirements and demands of private clients who have implemented mandates, including the requirement for 100% vaccination to access client project sites.
- Covid related employment issues, including requests for medical and religious exemptions from vaccination
- How employers will manage vaccination status of staff, testing requirements, and related legal issues
- Covid 19 and Workers Comp and CGL coverages.
- Overall approaches/strategies needed to cope with the uncertainties surrounding this legal and medical moving target
