Covid 19 – Legal Update and How to React to the Current Environment

The Covid 19 Federal mandate legislation may (or may not) be in limbo. OSHA is generating compliance requirements. Other state agencies may have compliance requirements. Federal, state and private entities are generating site access requirements. Rarely have so many critical issues been in motion with new requirements developing almost daily.

This presentation and ensuing roundtable discussion will help A&E Executives and HR Personnel become more informed about:

  • Update on OSHA vaccination/testing for firms of 100+
  • State of Minnesota update
