Construction Disputes

Client’s employee was injured at a construction site when he was struck by a large vehicle. The client was cited with serious and potentially expensive OSHA violations. Coleman & Erickson attorneys filed an administrative action and attended a mediation session with OSHA and successfully persuaded OSHA to dismiss/withdraw the citation against our client. All violations, including fines, were summarily dismissed.
