Speaker Name & Title: Sara Wilkins, Loss Prevention Specialist at Kraus-Anderson Insurance
Speaker Bio: Sara Wilkins has over twenty years of safety experience. She is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, with Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and French, and she also has a Master’s degree in Risk Control from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Sara is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) III and an Advanced Office Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (AOEAS). She is also an Authorized OSHA Construction and General Industry Outreach Instructor. She previously worked at large insurance carriers including QBE North America and Travelers. She has been at Kraus-Anderson insurance for 6 years.
Brief Session Description: Explore safety implications and considerations for architects and engineers when visiting jobsites. Review of OSHA standards that would affect those visiting jobsites. Discuss hazards and exposures that architects and engineers could be exposed to on jobsites and how to safely navigate them.
